WHO WE ARE
We are the Bounce House Heroes, but we are also known as The Bin Heroes, The Cookie Heroes, and even The Light Heroes. Before the Bounce House Heroes was created, Dan, Emily, Alex, Makenzie, Zoey, Elsie, Levi, Gabby, Milo, and Tessa (currently in the NICU) started a Trash Bin Cleaning business here in and around the Maineville, Ohio area. After the first year, Cookie Heroes and the Light Heroes were created. We are now branching out into our 4th business which is renting fun!

We had such a pleasant experience with Bounce House Heroes. They kept in touch via text days before the event and checked on us multiple times with options given the weather wasn’t favorable on our event day. We ended up setting up even with the rain. They set up so quickly and I was able to focus on setting up for the party inside. Tear down was also quick and everything went to smoothly. The kids enjoyed the bounce house and it stayed up and running without any issues. We will definitely use Bounce House Heroes again. Thank you!!
Our girls and their friends had a blast with the bounce house all afternoon for our 4 year old’s birthday party. The delivery representative provided great communication for drop off and pick up times so we knew exactly when to expect them. Set up and tear down only took about ten minutes each. I will definitely be referring friends and neighbors to this company in the future!

What an amazing time was had by all! From 60 years old down to our birthday boy of 3! Our pirate theme would not have been complete without the giant octopus water slide! The Bounce House did a fantastic job! One slight hiccup but they were there fixing it in time for all the kids that showed up! I could not recommend them more highly!!!!

We rented a water slide for our son's birthday party through Bounce House Heroes. They were very communicative from the time the reservation was made, and responded quickly to my messages. The slide seemed in brand new condition. The set up/tear down team was very friendly and the owner was involved in the entire process. We will definitely use this business again.

They canceled on me two days before the event. They need to do a better job screening location or change website so that it tells you if you are within their service area.
Absolutely wonderful experience renting through The Bounce House Heros! Great communication and very responsive to questions we had as we had not previously rented inflatables before. The rental was clean and looked great in the yard. And of course, was the hit of the party for all ages!
We rented this for my daughter’s hot summer birthday & the kids had a blast! Some of the adults even joined in on the fun, it was such a hit!! 100% worth the money for a great time.
Our church held a water day for kids to wrap up VBS. Bounce House Heroes set the water slide up and took it down. We didn't have to do anything but enjoy the tropical themed water slide (and about 100 kids did just that)! Very friendly owner and the price was the lowest I could find! We will definitely be calling this family operated business for our next event!!

The Bounce House Heroes team was amazing to work with. The water slide we rented was in great condition and everyone had a blast, adults and kids alike. We had multiple adults using the slide simultaneously without an issue, along with kids of various ages. I highly recommend renting an inflatable with two slides, as the kids thoroughly enjoyed racing each other. We opted for the 24 hour rental, and that was the right amount of time. Wonderful service!! Great slide.We had a pretty nasty storm whip through halfway into our party. We ended up losing power for about 45 minutes and the company was very nice to pick up our rental last so that we could enjoy it for a little bit longer. Will definitely rent again.

•We had a great graduation party for our son! We enjoyed the Awesome Octopus water slide. It looked amazing and It is HUGE, I picked it since I was entertaining mostly high school kids and I didn’t think they would enjoy a smaller “kiddie slide” All the guests had a great time, definitely a party to remember.•The staff was super nice and they had us set up in no time as well as went over things with us and could answer any questions we might have.•Very efficient 10/10 would recommend.

We rented the 16’ reggae slide for a party we were having with kids (ages 10-13). It was the perfect thing for our event. The kids had an absolute blast and played on it almost the entire time. Delivery and clean up were so easy because the bounce house heroes crew took care of it all for us! And they had great communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Wow! Our party was an absolute success thanks to The Bounce House Hero's! We decided to move our party up a week due to inclement weather on our originally scheduled date and The Bounce House Hero's were more than accommodating. Second year in a row forgetting to take any pictures. But we rented the luau combo and the kids loved being able to shoot basketball or sliding. It was perfect for all the kids! They came before anyone showed up for the party and set up and took down very quickly. Will definitely be making next year the third year!

We ended up booking our slide kind of late, but we still had a decent selection of products to choose from, as well as The Bounce House Heroes doing an A1 job to accommodate us. We rented the bounce house for my grandson’s 6th birthday. What an amazing day! We had about 10 kids over and they enjoyed it so much. We had also gotten it with water. The kids spent the entire 6 hours and still weren’t ready for it to be over when it was time to take it down. If you haven’t done this it is highly recommended! We were a tad out of their delivery area, but they were able to fit us in and everything was perfect and so easy. I think the hardest part was choosing which bounce house we wanted to get. We will definitely be doing this again!
