As part of your use of our party equipment rentals, The Bounce House Heroes allows you to elect to receive, or not receive, certain information from The Bounce House Heroes. The Bounce House Heroes adheres strictly to permission-based email policy. Except as mentioned above, The Bounce House Heroes will not send you unsolicited email information, commercial offers or advertisements. The Bounce House Heroes will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists (including customer data) to any outside firms. All emails that you have requested will have an option to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are fulfilled within minutes and no further communications will be sent to users who have stated that they do not wish to receive the specified information.

Special Offers and Updates

We send all new users a welcoming email to verify their new account. Established users will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. We had such a pleasant experience with Bounce House Heroes. They kept in touch via text days before the event and checked on us multiple times with options given the weather wasn’t favorable on our event day. We ended up setting up even with the rain. They set up so quickly and I was able to focus on setting up for the party inside. Tear down was also quick and everything went to smoothly. The kids enjoyed the bounce house and it stayed up and running without any issues. We will definitely use Bounce House Heroes again. Thank you!!

Our girls and their friends had a blast with the bounce house all afternoon for our 4 year old’s birthday party. The delivery representative provided great communication for drop off and pick up times so we knew exactly when to expect them. Set up and tear down only took about ten minutes each. I will definitely be referring friends and neighbors to this company in the future!

What an amazing time was had by all! From 60 years old down to our birthday boy of 3! Our pirate theme would not have been complete without the giant octopus water slide! The Bounce House did a fantastic job! One slight hiccup but they were there fixing it in time for all the kids that showed up! I could not recommend them more highly!!!!

We rented a water slide for our son's birthday party through Bounce House Heroes. They were very communicative from the time the reservation was made, and responded quickly to my messages. The slide seemed in brand new condition. The set up/tear down team was very friendly and the owner was involved in the entire process. We will definitely use this business again.

•We had a great graduation party for our son! We enjoyed the Awesome Octopus water slide. It looked amazing and It is HUGE, I picked it since I was entertaining mostly high school kids and I didn’t think they would enjoy a smaller “kiddie slide” All the guests had a great time, definitely a party to remember.
•The staff was super nice and they had us set up in no time as well as went over things with us and could answer any questions we might have.
•Very efficient 10/10 would recommend.
