Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is defined below:
- 31+ days from your event date – We will refund any payments received including the security deposit.
- 10-30 days from event date – We will refund any payments received less the security deposit. We will however allow you to use that security deposit as a credit towards a new reservation. That credit will expire after 1 year of it being issued.
- 1-9 days from your event date – We will refund any payments received less your security deposit. At this point your security deposit will be forfeited to The Bounce House Heroes.
- 0 days from your event date – If a cancellation occurs at the time of delivery, we are on site with the items you rented, an additional $50.00 will be added to the security deposit for inconveniencing our staff.
Weather related cancellations are the only exceptions where a 100% refund may be honored regardless of when the cancellation is made. Storms and High winds will be assessed the day of the event (no later than 8:00AM) and cancellations and refunds will be communicated. If light rain is in the forecast (30% chance or less) and you choose NOT to go through with the rental, we will allow you to use your security deposit as a credit towards a new reservation. That credit will expire after 1 year of it being issued.

We had such a pleasant experience with Bounce House Heroes. They kept in touch via text days before the event and checked on us multiple times with options given the weather wasn’t favorable on our event day. We ended up setting up even with the rain. They set up so quickly and I was able to focus on setting up for the party inside. Tear down was also quick and everything went to smoothly. The kids enjoyed the bounce house and it stayed up and running without any issues. We will definitely use Bounce House Heroes again. Thank you!!

Our girls and their friends had a blast with the bounce house all afternoon for our 4 year old’s birthday party. The delivery representative provided great communication for drop off and pick up times so we knew exactly when to expect them. Set up and tear down only took about ten minutes each. I will definitely be referring friends and neighbors to this company in the future!

What an amazing time was had by all! From 60 years old down to our birthday boy of 3! Our pirate theme would not have been complete without the giant octopus water slide! The Bounce House did a fantastic job! One slight hiccup but they were there fixing it in time for all the kids that showed up! I could not recommend them more highly!!!!

We rented a water slide for our son's birthday party through Bounce House Heroes. They were very communicative from the time the reservation was made, and responded quickly to my messages. The slide seemed in brand new condition. The set up/tear down team was very friendly and the owner was involved in the entire process. We will definitely use this business again.

•We had a great graduation party for our son! We enjoyed the Awesome Octopus water slide. It looked amazing and It is HUGE, I picked it since I was entertaining mostly high school kids and I didn’t think they would enjoy a smaller “kiddie slide” All the guests had a great time, definitely a party to remember.
•The staff was super nice and they had us set up in no time as well as went over things with us and could answer any questions we might have.
