Basic Rules
- DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED IN OR ON ANY INFLATABLE
- HAVE FUN- LOTS OF IT!
- DO NOT allow SILLY STRING to be sprayed on or near the inflatable. SILLY STRING causes permanent damage to the material in which inflatables are manufactured. Failure to comply will result in significant charges to be paid by the renter.
- DO NOT allow anyone in an inflatable with any type of footwear on.
- DO NOT allow anyone in an inflatable with sharp objects on their clothes or in their pockets. Items like pens or belt buckles can cause puncture holes to the inflatable.
- DO NOT allow anyone in an inflatable with drinks, candy, gum or lollipops. These items while jumping and playing could cause someone to choke, not to mention cause harm to the inflatable as well.
- DO NOT allow anyone with markers, crayons, or silly string in any inflatable. The chemicals in these items, most specifically silly string, can cause PERMANENT DAMAGE to the unit and could cause significant additional charges to be paid by the renter.
- DO NOT allow any pets in or around an inflatable Their nails can cause PERMANENT DAMAGE to the inflatable’s material.
- DO NOT put water on a ‘DRY’ inflatable. This could cause extreme damage to the bounce and could cause significant additional charges to be paid by the renter.
- DO NOT choose an area for an inflatable that is more than 100 feet away from adequate power. Electricity degrades over distance, so to ensure proper inflation, it is critical to remain reasonably close to a power source. If your party is at a park, be sure to ensure that power is available or rent one of our generators.

Our experience with Bounce House Heroes was absolutely amazing. Not only were they reasonably priced they were on time and so respectful and helpful. Their equipment was top quality and beautiful. We had such a pleasant experience with Bounce House Heroes. They kept in touch via text days before the event and checked on us multiple times with options given the weather wasn’t favorable on our event day. We ended up setting up even with the rain. They set up so quickly and I was able to focus on setting up for the party inside. Tear down was also quick and everything went to smoothly. The kids enjoyed the bounce house and it stayed up and running without any issues. We will definitely use Bounce House Heroes again. Thank you!!

Our girls and their friends had a blast with the bounce house all afternoon for our 4 year old’s birthday party. The delivery representative provided great communication for drop off and pick up times so we knew exactly when to expect them. Set up and tear down only took about ten minutes each. I will definitely be referring friends and neighbors to this company in the future!

What an amazing time was had by all! From 60 years old down to our birthday boy of 3! Our pirate theme would not have been complete without the giant octopus water slide! The Bounce House did a fantastic job! One slight hiccup but they were there fixing it in time for all the kids that showed up! I could not recommend them more highly!!!!

We rented a water slide for our son's birthday party through Bounce House Heroes. They were very communicative from the time the reservation was made, and responded quickly to my messages. The slide seemed in brand new condition. The set up/tear down team was very friendly and the owner was involved in the entire process. We will definitely use this business again.

•We had a great graduation party for our son! We enjoyed the Awesome Octopus water slide. It looked amazing and It is HUGE, I picked it since I was entertaining mostly high school kids and I didn’t think they would enjoy a smaller “kiddie slide” All the guests had a great time, definitely a party to remember.
•The staff was super nice and they had us set up in no time as well as went over things with us and could answer any questions we might have.
•Very efficient 10/10 would recommend.
